Vendors Worried About the Security Process Timelines

The execs from some of the leading vendors have also shown concern about the absence of review and feedback from the authorities. There are two tags worthy to note “trusted sources” and “trusted products”. NCSC is yet to give its first “trusted sources” tag to any company in India. On the other hand, the “trusted product” tag will mean that the details of the product will have to be supplied to the NCSC portal at every stage of the deployment. The official also said that there is going to be a visible impact from September. Even the telcos are not placing orders right away because they also want to seek clarity before doing so.
